一、 教學內容分析
本課題材出自外語教學與研究出版社9年級上學期Module9 Unit 1的 Listening &Speaking部分,課型為一節聽說訓練課。本節課聽的內容包括兩段聽力材料,內容是討論手機,相機和電腦等發明給人們生活帶來的方便和討論哪一種發明最為重要。本節課說的內容是復述聽力材料,描述發明,如電腦,相機在生活中的廣泛應用對生活發生的改變,另外針對課文標題,開展兩個大組之間的辯論活動。在設計本節課時,依據英語學科的核心素養和四種關鍵能力同時進行聽說策略訓練。
二、整體設計思路
整節課以號召同學們參加學校科技達人秀為任務主線,讓同學們在語境中充分發散自己的創造性和批判性思維。運用思維導圖和音節拼讀單詞等學法指導幫助學生掌握一般將來時及情態動詞的被動語態以及個別較難的單詞,以提高學生的語言表達能力。結合我校365-1課堂教學模式的指導精神,本節課重點培養學生的思維力、合作能力、觀察力、想象力以及注意力。尤其是提升學生的思維品質和學習能力。
三、學生分析
學生為九年級的孩子,對于被動語態已經有了一定程度的了解。學生對發明這個話題比較感興趣,但是學生的批判性思維可能有所欠缺。
四、教學目標
1. 語言能力:從對話中獲取相關信息,初步運用一般將來時和情態動詞的被動
語態談論部分發明及其應用。
2. 思維品質:通過辯論任務結合所學材料整合信息,從而提高批判性思維品質。 3. 文化品格:在學習過程中感受新舊發明的偉大。
4. 學習能力:通過課前預習和課堂中的小組合作提高自學能力。
五、教學重難點
重點:1. 訓練聽力技能,如聽前預測,記關鍵詞,獲取大意和細節信息等
2.初步掌握一般將來時和情態動詞的被動語態。 難點: 用被動語態句型描述發明在生活中的廣泛應用。
六、教學過程

Step 1: Lead-in (6 minutes) 1. Show a flash of some great inventions.
2. The present of today’s win-ner.
3. Show a video of the science talent show and assign the task. 1. Enjoy the flash and the vid-eo.
2. Answer some questions re-lated to the video.
To arouse the students’ interest and lead to the topic of inven-tion.
Step 2: Pre-listening (3 minutes)
4. Show pictures of great in-ventions in ancient China and four great new inventions.
Answer the questions according to the picture and express their opinions about great inventions both at home and abroad. To recall the Ss of the knowledge about the inventions and lead to the next part.
Step 3: While-listening (15 minutes)
5. First listening: Ask Ss to lis-ten and complete the sentences. T have Ss guess what words they need to fill in the blanks
1. Listen to a dialogue about
inventions and predict the words used in the blanks. To teach the listening strategies such as underlying key words, note taking, and getting the main idea.
6. T asks Ss what their favorite invention is and why Ss talk about their favorite inventions and explain why, using sentence structure with passive voice. To brainstorm the advantages of great inventions and prac-
tise the passive voice. 7. Second listening: Ask Ss to listen and choose the best an-swers.

Step 4: Post-listening (5 minutes)

Step 5: Extension (11minutes)
10. Present a video about the reading methods in the future. Watch the video and feel the influence of great inventions on
our life. To lead in the next activity. 11. Ask Ss to work in groups to finish the debate task. Work in groups to find out reasons and examples to win the debate. 1. To cultivate the Students’ critical thinking.
