Unit 9 I like music that I can dance to. (Section B 3a—3b Self check)
一、教學(xué)目標(biāo)
1. 知識目標(biāo)
（1）復(fù)習(xí)由which/who/that引導(dǎo)的定語從句。 （2）復(fù)習(xí)關(guān)于音樂和電影種類、特點的語言表達(dá)。 2. 能力目標(biāo)：
運用定語從句來談?wù)撘魳贰㈦娪啊?nbsp;3. 情感目標(biāo)：
（1）欣賞音樂與電影，感悟和分享音樂和電影帶來的情感體驗。
（2）通過電影《Sing》中幾位主角為實現(xiàn)夢想而努力奮斗的故事，教育學(xué)生在生活與學(xué)習(xí)中，要勇于面對困難與挫折，樂觀拼搏，為實現(xiàn)夢想而堅持不懈。
二、 學(xué)情分析
1. 本單元的話題是“音樂與電影”。學(xué)生已在Section A和Section B中初步學(xué)習(xí)了定語從句的概念及用法，本節(jié)課是對定語從句的進(jìn)一步鞏固與復(fù)習(xí)。 2. 學(xué)生已觀看了電影《sing》，教師運用這一電影資源對教材進(jìn)行整合，以《Sing》作為主線，讓學(xué)生在這一電影語境中運用定語從句談?wù)撘魳放c電影，進(jìn)一步鞏固和掌握如何使用定語從句去談?wù)撊撕褪隆?nbsp;
3. 運用游戲、合作、探究等多種學(xué)習(xí)方法，促進(jìn)學(xué)生用英語交流。
三、重點難點
1.重點: 運用定語從句表達(dá)對音樂、電影種類的喜好及用定語從句描述電影中的
角色。
2.難點：（1）運用定語從句造句，檢查對目標(biāo)語言的實際運用能力。 （2）運用本節(jié)課所學(xué)知識進(jìn)行寫作訓(xùn)練。
四、教學(xué)過程
Step 1 Warming-up
Watch a video from the movie. Ask students to shout out the names of different animals in the movie as quickly as they can.
設(shè)計目的：熱身活動——播放電影視頻，檢測課前學(xué)生是否已熟記電影中的動物名稱
Step 2 Talk about what the movie is about
1. Show some pictures from the movie to talk about the movie sentence by sentence. Ask students to put the sentences into attributive clauses.
2. Show a passage about the movie. Ask students to fill in the blank with who or which.
3. Review different kinds of movies and ask students to talk about what kind of movies they like.
4. Students practice listening to consolidate the target language.
設(shè)計目的：1. 從句子到篇章，反復(fù)操練定語從句。
2. 復(fù)習(xí)本單元所學(xué)的關(guān)于電影的類型及特點的表達(dá)，并做聽力訓(xùn)練加以鞏固。
Step 3 Talk about the characters in the movie
1. Students use attributive clauses to talk about the result of the survey that they do before class.
2. Students work in groups to describe the characters by using attributive clauses.
設(shè)計目的：學(xué)生課前已在網(wǎng)上通過“問卷星”對他們喜歡的動物角色進(jìn)行投票。課堂上，教師運用同屏技術(shù)展示投票結(jié)果，學(xué)生用定語從句描述投票結(jié)果及電影中的動物角色，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)對目標(biāo)語言的理解與運用。
Step 4 Talk about the music in the movie
1. Play three songs sung by the animals and ask students what they think of the songs. While talking about the songs, students sing the song to feel about the lyrics. 2. Students make conversations in pairs to talk about the music that they like by using attributive clauses.
3. Students dance to the song shake it off to relax.
設(shè)計目的：1. 在音樂欣賞中回顧本單元所學(xué)的音樂類型
2. 進(jìn)行口語訓(xùn)練，運用定語從句談?wù)撟约合矚g的音樂類型。
3. 讓學(xué)生在唱歌中感受歌詞的力量，并跳一小段舞蹈來放松。
Step 5 Writing
1. Students work in groups to put the disordered article “My Favorite Movie” into correct order to make an organized article.
2. Analyze the structure of the article and tell students how to write their articles. 3. Students practice writing.
4. Ask three students to read their articles.
設(shè)計目的: 1. 學(xué)生進(jìn)行小組合作，把順序錯亂的文章“my favorite movie”重新
排序，作為寫作前的輸入，為后續(xù)寫作做準(zhǔn)備。
2. 分析Jenny的文章結(jié)構(gòu)，為學(xué)生寫作搭建腳手架，降低寫作難度,最后學(xué)生能夠運用本節(jié)課所學(xué)的知識，進(jìn)行模仿寫作訓(xùn)練。 3. 運用手機(jī)同屏技術(shù)展示優(yōu)秀學(xué)生作文。
Step 6 Moral education
1. Ask some students to talk about what they have learned after seeing the movie. 2. By quoting what the koala says from the movie, tell students to be optimistic when they face difficulties.
設(shè)計目的：告訴學(xué)生向電影中的動物角色學(xué)習(xí)，遇到困難，保持樂觀精神，永不放棄。
Step 7 Summary
Summarize what students have learned in this class.
