一、教材分析：
本節是九年級的最后一個閱讀課，文章緊扣畢業話題，以演講的方式講述了一名老師或校長對即將畢業學生的激勵和寄語，引導學生從談論過去的中學生活轉向對未來的展望。在語言上，除進一步綜合訓練Section A復習的語言項目外，還加強訓練學生準確描述過去并展望未來的語言能力，在技能上轉為綜合性在聽、說、讀、寫訓練。 二、學情分析：
學生對畢業典禮的興趣較濃，對自己即將結束在初中生涯也是充滿各種情感。他們對本單元的語言項目掌握不錯，對表達自己的情感與想法充滿期待。 三、教學要求：
1、訓練學生關注文章體裁和寫作目的，通過語境加深對文章的理解。 2、關注關鍵詞和短語，理解其含義并學會運用。
3、體驗畢業演講語言魅力和其表達的真摯情感，感受教師對成長中的學生飽含在喜悅和自豪之情，學會感恩，學會走好未來人生路。 四、教學安排：
本課用1課時完成。
第一步學習關鍵詞與重點短語，深入理解文章和體會情感。第二步設計不同活動，運用語言項目，學會表達自己的感受和想法。 五、教學思路：
本課按照“知識積累——理解體會——表達運用"的思路進行教學，讓
學生從掌握重點詞匯開始，逐步深入理解文章，再通過操練學會表達情感和想法。希望借助幾個任務的設計，逐步讓學生掌握詞、句、篇，并進一步增強學生的信心，培養學生的主動性、創造性，激發學生的學習動力。 六、教學目標： （一） 知識目標：
1. 掌握本課基本詞匯、短語，理解文章，感受作者情感。 2. 運用本單元語言知識，明確表達自己的思想、感受。 （二）技能目標：
1. 理解文章體裁及作者的寫作目的；
2. 熟練運用語言知識，表達自己的想法與感受。 （三）情感目標：
1. 調動學生的積極性，引導學生敢于表達自己的觀點。 2. 設計小組討論、小組合作等任務環節，培養學生樂于合作的 習慣，鼓勵他們積極參與小組活動，互相幫助完成任務。 3. 培養學生的自信與感恩之心。 （四）學習策略目標：
在討論與合作中，教會學生對信息進行整理和歸納，突出中心。 （五）文化意識目標：
培養學生互學互助的良好習慣，自信、感恩，樹立正確的人生觀與世界觀。
