一、教學內容分析
本課時教學內容是譯林2011課標版六年級上冊第一單元第一課時的一篇故事課:The
king’s new clothes ,他選自《安徒生童話》,是一個學生非常熟悉的故事。文章篇幅長度
適宜,故事中的一些單詞、句型稍難,如:“ magic,foolish, what beautiful clothes!” 等,但文本結構清晰明了,故事情節性強,加之學生對一般過去式有一定的了解,因此學生比較容易理解文本內容。
二.學生情況分析
六年級學生已經有了一定的英語語言積累,具備了一定的聽說讀寫能力,對文本也有一定的分析和理解能力。本課的學習內容趣味性強,學生樂于接受。教學過程中引導學生采用自主思考、同伴交流、小組合作等學習方式,既有利于發展學生的學習能力、與人交往的能力,同時也有利于提高學生的參與廣度和深度,從而提高語言運用效率。
三.教學目標
1. 學生能夠正確聽、說、認讀單詞和詞組:king, rich, magic,clever, foolish, long long
ago, pointed at,shouted 等,并能理解其意思。
2.初步感知句型“what beautiful clothes!”、“ I’m\He is wearing...”“Clever people can
see them.Foolish people can’t see them.”,能聽懂,會讀,會說。
3. 學生能正確理解故事內容,有感情地朗讀、表演故事等。 4. 讓學生體驗故事表演的快樂,明白為人要誠實,待人要真誠。
四.教學重難點
1. 學生能夠正確的聽、說、認讀與理解本課主要詞匯及句型等目標語言,并能在真實語境和現實生活中靈活運用。
2. 在正確理解故事的基礎上,學生能有感情地朗讀、表演、復述故事內容。

六.教學過程 Step1. Lead-in 1.Greetings. 2. Let’s chat.
T: What did you do over the Labour Day holiday?
Teacher has a talk with students about the things they did over the Labour Day holiday to draw forth the topic of clothes and the key sentences “what beautiful clothes!”、“ I’m wearing...””
【設計意圖】通過與學生進行簡單語言的交流,活躍課堂氣氛,激發學生的學習興趣。既復習了動詞過去式,又引出了本課文本主題和重要句型。
Step2. Pre-reading 1. Look and say.
Show a picture of a king , students say something about the king and guess the name of the story.
2. Listen to the king and complete his words.
I’m a king. I’m very _______. I like ________ very much. Who can
________ new clothes for me? 3. Act as the king.
【設計意圖】運用課件、圖片,讓學生預測所學內容并模仿國王所說的話,為下面完整的感知整篇文章和口頭語言輸出做好鋪墊。
Step3. While-reading
1. Watch the video and answer the questions: When did the story happen?
Who are they in the story?
Then T check students’ answers in the form of a mind map.
【設計意圖】通過視聽的方式把課文整體呈現給學生,提供了真實自然的語言情境,讓學生整體感知文本材料,了解文本大意,并提出簡單、有針對性的問題,并利用思維導圖的形式呈現問題和出示答案以幫助學生理解故事的幾大因素。
2. (1) Think and answer
T: The king likes new clothes, who can make new clothes for the king? (2)Let’s imagine
How will the two man describe the new clothes? (3) Listen and imitate
“My king, please try on these magic clothes.”
“Clever people can see the clothes. Foolish people can’t see them.” 3. Read Paragraph 3 - 4 and answer
T: The king is going to show his new clothes to other people. What do they think of the clothes?
(1) T shows the picture of the people and the king,and ask: What do they think? (2) T shows the picture of a boy and the king, and ask: What does the boy say? 4. Think and choose Talk about the characters:
king: foolish two men:cheats people on the street: dishonest boy: clever, honest
5. Listen to the whole story and imitate.
【設計意圖】讀中活動是一節課最重要的環節。在這個環節,通過運用電腦課件、圖片等輔助手段,從聽、模仿、想象、說、讀等各個方面幫助學生由淺入深的理解課文。
Step4. Post-reading 1. Act out the story. 2. Retell the story.
3. Summarize the emotional significance . T: What have you learned from the story? Be honest! Be yourself! Be honest rather than clever!
【設計意圖】 讓學生進行一定的語言輸出,培養學生實際運用語言能力和口頭表達能力,以達到綜合能力的提升。同時也進行了主題文化的拓展,從而達到情感教育的目的。
Step5. Homework
1. Tell the story to your parents.
2. Change the ending of the story and write it down.
