一.教材分析:
He spent about twenty-one hours in space是新標準英語六年級冊第七模塊第一單元的內容。課文圍繞楊利偉乘坐神舟五號宇宙飛船飛入太空的偉大事跡展開,要求學生掌握過去時的用法。本課文在復習過去時的基礎上,滲透對過去式的運用并描述過去發生的事。并且進行大量的鞏固練習。 二.教學目標:
1.知識目標:
(1)100%的學生能聽懂、會說并認讀單詞:flew (fly), famous spent (spend), about hour, video, proud, someday; (2)90%的學生能讀懂、會說并認讀下列句子: He spent about twenty-one hours in space.
In October2003,my father flew into space in Shenzhou V . He made a video in space I was very pround of him. 其余學生能聽懂、會讀以上句子。 2.技能目標:
(1)100%能聽說讀寫本課的單詞和課文。
(2)80%能聽懂課文內容,并能回答與課文相關的問題。
(3)60%能根據圖片或實際情況,運用過去式描述本課楊利偉及神州五號的故事;
3.情感目標:通過學習楊利偉的事跡,激發強化學生的學習興趣,并培養學生的愛國熱情,對學生進行理想教育。 三.教學重難點:
1.重點詞匯:flew (fly), famous spent (spend), about hour, video, proud, someday 2.重點句型:
(1).He spent about twenty-one hours in space.
(2).In October2003,my father flew into space in Shenzhou V . (3).He made a video in space (4). I was very pround of him.
3.教學難點:運用過去式描述過去發生的事情。能運用所學知識進行信息加工、輸出信息。 四、教學過程:
Step one : Warming up
1、 Greetings. 2、 寫寫讀讀。
fly -----flew go -----went are -----were am----was is -----was watch ----watched spend-----spent do-----did make -----made come ----came
(在英語值日組長帶領下,朗讀這些單詞的過去式,采用一升一降的方式讀單詞)
Step Two : Presentation.
1.T: Please look at this picture.It’s Shenzhou V.Inside the spaceship ,There was a Chinese man.Do you know him? 2、出示神舟五號、楊利偉的照片.向學生做簡單介紹,導出課題 T: let’s learn Module 7 Unit 1 He spent about twenty-one hours in space .(師領讀,并板書課題)
StepThree:Teaching the new words and phases.
1、Teacher reads ,have students follow, and then have students read them in groups.
2、Have students look at the flash of text .
3、Have student listen and circle the new words and key phases. Step Four : listen and answer the questions. Part one 聽第一段錄音,回答問題。 1.Who wrote this article? 2.What is Yang Liwei?
Part two 聽課文第二段回答問題。 1.When did Shenzhou V flew into space? 2.How many hours did he spend in space? 3.What did he make in space? Part three 聽課文第三段回答問題。
1.Is Yang Liwei’s son proud of him? 2.How did they feel? Step Five : Follow and read.
T:Listen and follow, pay attention to your pronunciation T:Now ,read the text by yourself.Please read loundly and fluently. Ss: ……(學生自由朗讀)

給每個組發一個信封,里面是打亂的單詞卡,讓學生組成一段話,看哪一組又快又準確,組好的句子一起大聲讀出來。
