教學背景分析:
這個單元的中心話題是“生活方式”,第一課和第四課屬于閱讀課,向學生展示了不同的個人生活方式,而第二課和第三課是聽說課,涉及到了不同的生活方式的選擇。本單元旨在引導學生討論相關話題,讓他們了解不同的生活方式,樹立正確的生活觀價值觀,并選擇正確的生活方式,單元語法目標是復習初中所學的基本的英語時態。在本課中,我們通過聽力材料向學生介紹了輕松的生活方式和活動以及壓力是如何產生的和怎樣應對壓力,幫助學生正確地認識并應對壓力,同時學會生活方式和壓力相關的詞匯和表達喜好、困惑的句型,并且能夠運用所學知識正確表達自己的壓力所在,并嘗試解決問題。 學生分析:
學生處于高中階段初期,對于高中的教學模式還比較陌生,本課又是學生第一次接觸聽力課,所以可能會對聽力材料的長度和速度感到困惑,覺得答案比較難以聽出來,所以面對學生這樣的情況,教師在聽力前的準備工作一定要做好,并且要教給學生適當的聽力策略,幫助學生在聽前做好準備,并且教會學生在聽力播放時能夠準確定位并記錄答案。而在口語表達部分,教師也應該幫助學生結合自己所學的內容,運用自己已知的口語技巧去組織語言并正確地表達自己的觀點看法。

1. Knowledge aim: 1)To learn words and phrases about relaxing lifesyle and stress; 2. Skill aim: 1) To learn to prepare well before listening;

Ask Ss whether they want to have a relaxing lifestyle and what may cause strees in their daily life. Try to think about things make them feel stressful.

Pre Listening: Ask Ss to think about things that can relieve their stress and lead in some words related to the listening material: stress, pressure, suffer from, reduce, organise. Try to think about things that can reduce stress and learn the new words.

This lesson contains two listening material, both of which are very useful for Ss to relieve stress. They are not as difficult as I think, and Ss can do a predition

before listening, so Ss can get the answers of the questions easily. After learning, Ss can do a coversation by their own to express their preference in lifestyle and their problems and help others in relieving stress.
