教學設計
教學設計介紹：
本教學設計秉承著“還課堂與學生的”思想，充分調(diào)動學生的積極性，擴大學生的參與度，按照自己和學生的實際來設計每一個步驟。課堂從導入到七選五閱讀，到讀后總結(jié)七選五做題技巧，再到學生就“出國留學”這一話題闡述自己的觀點的各個環(huán)節(jié)，都設計了很多供學生參與的活動。活動有集體活動和個人活動，有利于培養(yǎng)學生的合作和獨立解決問題的能力。更主要的是本設計與高考七選五閱讀緊密結(jié)合，方法點撥幫助學生更好應對七選五這一難題。作業(yè)部分要求學生就本課討論的內(nèi)容形成文章，是課堂內(nèi)容的進一步升華，同時訓練學生寫作。
整個教學過程，運用了希沃的課堂活動以及智慧課堂搶答、選人等功能，增加了趣味性，激發(fā)學生的參與熱情；還運用了智慧課堂的柱狀圖，直觀反映出學生閱讀過程中的問題，讓我們在分析時更有針對性。 教學背景
1. 教材分析
教學內(nèi)容：
本課是作為人教版高中課程標準實驗教科書選修9Unit3 的拓展閱讀教學部分。單元主要話題圍繞出國學習、旅游展開。出國留學這一話題是學生感興趣的，所以，教師引入了課外的閱讀材料，從reading入手討論出國留學可能會面臨哪些困難，speaking的部分要求學生用本課所學，有層次有邏輯地表達自己的觀點。 2. 學情分析：
學生閱讀能力分析：詞匯量不夠，閱讀理解能力和速度都有待提高
學生口語問題分析：沒有養(yǎng)成大膽開口與人交流的習慣，不善于表達；語言的流利程度和準確性有待提高；知識面不夠豐富
Teaching aims:
1. Develop the students’ reading skills by extensive reading.
2. Develop the students’ speaking ability by discussing and explaining ways. 3. Help students to form a dialectical way of thinking, and develop their sense of cooperation.
Teaching important points:
Develop the students’ reading skills by extensive reading. Teaching difficult points:
1. Get the students to learn to grasp the main idea of a text or a passage. 2. Enable the students to learn to express their own opinions and ideas.
Teaching procedure: Step 1 Revision
Talk about the advantages of studying abroad. Step 2 Lead-in
Enjoy a video and answer the questions. 1.Why did the boy go abroad? 2.How did his parents feel then?
3.What was his first impression of Oxford?
設計意圖：通過留學生的視頻讓學生直觀感受出國留學可能不是原本以為的那么容易，激發(fā)他們的學習興趣，從而自然導入本課話題。 Step 3 Reading
1) Give the students 7 minutes to read the passage and choose the right answer for each blank.
2) check the answers with the whole class and deal with the problems that students can’t understand.
3) Look through the passage again and divide it into three parts, according to the key words.
4) Talk about the difficulties mentioned in the text as well as other challenges in a foreign country.
設計意圖：設計七選五的題型給學生，是因為這一題型對學生來說，是難點。希望能從解題思路和技巧等方面給學生以指導，從而有效提高七選五的正確率。劃分段落和文章內(nèi)容的討論，是為后面的speaking環(huán)節(jié)做好鋪墊。這一部分的亮點是課堂活動，生動有效，學生參與的積極性很高。 Step 4 Speaking

設計意圖：這一部分，讓學生以小組為單位利用課堂的有效輸入展開討論，并上臺展示，充分體現(xiàn)“還課堂給學生”的理念， Step 6 Conclusion

設計意圖：最后的總結(jié)是情感的升華，引導學生全面地分析問題，培養(yǎng)學生勇于克服困難的堅強品質(zhì)。 Step 7 homework
write a short passage: " Studying abroad is good or not?"
設計意圖：作業(yè)的安排也是本堂課的延續(xù)。讓學生結(jié)合上節(jié)課和這一節(jié)課內(nèi)容，自由選擇自己的立場表達觀點，同時達到訓練寫作的目的。
