一.教學目標: 1. 語言知識目標:
(1)掌握下列重點單詞及短語,并能運用于會話之中bike/bicycle,subway/underground,plane,by/subway/bus/car/train / boat /bike/taxi等.
(2)能掌握并能正確運用下列句型: How do/does sb. come to school? Sb.come(s)to school by... 2.技能目標
(1)能夠聽懂對話,并從中提取信息。
(2)能用英語表述自己或他人日常上學或外出所使用的交通工具,提高學生的英語表達能力。
3.情感態度與學習策略目標
(1)激發學生學英語的愿望和鼓勵學生大膽運用所學語言進行交流和表達。
(2)通過本課的學習,使學生了解日常生活中的交通規則,培養學生的安全意識。
(3)培養學生探究合作精神及小組合作意識,并能在小組活動中積極參與討論,互相幫助,共同完成學習任務。
4.文化意識目標
了解日常生活中的一些主要交通及規則,增強安全意識。
二、教學重點難點
1.本課時的重點是詞匯及句型:
—How do/does sb. come to school?
—Sb.come(s)to school by...
2.難點: 如何創設真實語境,在真實的交流中自然呈現和復習目標單詞和句型,并引導學生在真實語境中靈活自如地運用目標句型。
三、課前準備:多媒體課件。
Teaching procedures and ways 教學過程與方式 Step1 Warming-up activity (導入)
Sing:Sing《Over the mountain》,學生一邊唱歌一邊欣賞 video,在輕松、愉快的氣氛中開始上課,同時引出本課話題How do you usually come to school ?
Step2 Pre -task(合作式學習方法的活動)
1. 通過師生互動,用多媒體為學生展示本課生詞,加深理解,使課堂教學更加形象化和直觀化。
2. 根據與本課有關的影音資料,回答問題。
3. 分組合作,完成任務,展示成果,培養學生合作意識。

(I) Presentation
Teacher:Boys and girls,before class, Let’s enjoy the
song 《Over the mountain》,you can sing follow
the video.
Teacher: Can you tell me how many kinds of transpiration
you heard in this song just now ?
Students:Four.
.Teacher: What are they ?
Students: They are car、ship、train、horse.
.Teacher: Yes, you are right. Today we are going to
learn
about
English
expression
of
transportation. Then how many kinds of transpiration are there in our life ? Please look at screen.What’s this in English ?
Students: bike
Teacher: Yes,it’s bike.I usually come to school by
bike.(以此方法教學生詞及句型)...
Teacher:Now look at the pictures and match them with
the correct phrases.Check the answers together.(設計目的:檢查學生對生詞的掌握程度)
Teacher:Listen and match the means of transportation
in 2a with the people.Ask some students to answer these questions.(設計目的:練習學生的聽力)
Teacher: Who knows“ How do I come to school every day?” Students:You come to school on foot.
Teacher:Yes,You are right.I like to walk.I think it’
s good for my healthy.Now ,Please ask your
partner” How do you get to school every day?and How long does it take?”Please remember,write down your answer and report to me in four minutes.

Teacher:Children,please stop your interviewing ,time
is up.Who is the first to report ?
Student A: I asked six classmates. Ling Li comes to
school by bus. Xiao Ming comes to school by bike. .My home is near our school,so I come to school on foot.
Teacher:You did a very good job.What about the next one?
(seven students report their results to the whole class.)

I want to keep fit and healthy.I think riding a bicycle is good for my healthy.
Teacher: Really very good.What else?

Teacher: I want to Beijing,Can you tell me how I can
get to Beijing?
Student1:You can go there by train. Student2: You can go there by plane.
Student3: No,it’s too expensive. You can ,.. (學生會給老師不同的建議)
Teacher:Yes,your advice is very good,thank you. Boys and girls,please remember : When we walk or ride on the road,we should follow the traffic code.It helps us keep safe.

Step5 Homework
Get students to talk their own kinds of
transportation.and write out at least four traffic rules with their own words.
教學反思
本著讓學生在輕輕松松的氛圍中學會知識、運用知識的想法,本課我以探究型教學理念為指導,圍繞How do you usually come to school ?這一話題設計了一系列有關交通工具和交通方式的活動,讓學生在不經意中接觸新知識,開拓思維,既調動了學生的積極性,又為學生創造了良好的語言表達環境,學生能積極主動參與,把被動學習變成了主動探究。現代化的教學手段,加上學生事先上網查詢的準備,學生既練習了口語又開闊了視野,實現了課堂教學的優質高效。
本課的教學設計仍有待完善之處,由于時間有限,在培養學生的發散性思維、激發學生的創造性及培養學生的文化意識方面有點力不從心。
