教材內容/學情分析:本節課是第八單元話題三的第一課時,是本冊書最后一個話題的第一節課,主要活動是1a、2和3。將要學習如何正確使用一般現在時描述經常的或習慣性的動作和狀態,還將以中西對比的方式引入中西方的幾個重要節日及它們的風俗習慣和慶祝方式,讓學生了解中西方文化的差異,正確看待外來文化并弘揚民族文化. 學習目標:
1能正確認讀本課的22個新詞匯 the Spring festival, dumpling, Christmas ,believe , full等 2.能夠正確使用一般現在時描述經常的或習慣性的動作和狀態--,如: They often eat turkey and Christmas cakes and give each other presents. 3.能初步了解并談論中外一些重要節日及主要慶祝方式。
(1)Chinese people eat dumplings and perform lion and dragon dances. (2)Many people eat turkey and pumpkin pie.
4.能通過中外文化的對比,了解中外風俗文化的差異,加深對中國文化的理解,增強對民族文化的自豪感。 教學重點難點:
重點:1.能夠熟練使用一般現在時描述經常的或習慣性的動作和狀態;
2.能夠運用慶祝節日等交際功能的基本表達法進行交流,學習中西方的重要節日及風俗習慣,了解中西方文化的差異。

教學反思及作業反饋: (1)存在問題:
新詞匯量大而且部分單詞比較難讀,如lunar/Christmas/Christ,有些學生1a朗讀不夠準確、流利,交流不夠順暢。
(2)解決辦法:
提前集中識詞和課上情境識詞相結合,課上多聽多說,必要時候糾正發音錯誤。
