一、教學(xué)目標(biāo): 1. 知識(shí)目標(biāo):
1) 學(xué)習(xí)掌握下列詞匯:scissors, paper cutting, form, balloon, heat, lively ;
2) 學(xué)習(xí)掌握下列短語(yǔ):be turned into…, be used by…, send out, such as, covered with, rise into, put…on…;
3) 學(xué)習(xí)掌握下列句型:Sth can be turned into sth else. sth is/are made by/in/of…; 4)了解與中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化藝術(shù)有關(guān)的風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣和文化背景,如孔明燈、剪紙等。
2. 能力目標(biāo):
1)了解常見的文章結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)——先總體介紹,后細(xì)節(jié)描述。并運(yùn)用于寫作中; 2)引導(dǎo)學(xué)生用英語(yǔ)正確表達(dá)中國(guó)的傳統(tǒng)藝術(shù)和相關(guān)名稱,進(jìn)一步鞏固本單元的目標(biāo)語(yǔ)言

1) 掌握本部分出現(xiàn)的生詞和詞組,達(dá)到熟練運(yùn)用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)的目標(biāo)。 2) 閱讀短文,獲得相關(guān)的信息。通過閱讀活動(dòng),明確“A general introduction is usually followed by specific details and examples”閱讀策略。

1) 閱讀短文,獲得相關(guān)的信息,并構(gòu)建落實(shí)“A general introduction is usually
followed by specific details and examples”閱讀策略的思維導(dǎo)圖。
2) 理解并運(yùn)用所學(xué)的詞匯及被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)完成有關(guān)產(chǎn)品原材料和產(chǎn)品用途的宣傳。

7. Show a mind map of Sky Lantern and set an example for the students to draw their own mind maps about paper cutting and clay art.
8. writing: introduce a task for the Ss, that is to write a product which is famous in our town. ask the Ss to discuss in group and encourage volunteers to express their opinions
listen and complete the example mind map and understand how it works; then draw mind maps on the worksheet
discuss in groups about what the products is made of , why it is famous, what it can do and so on. then write a passage for advertising.
TO change the meaning of each paragraph into a mind map so that the Ss can develop a skill of reading by draw mind maps.

四、Homework
Try to write about your favorite local traditional art forms, such as Chao Opera, bamboo products and so on.
