五年級的大部分學生的基礎還可以，有一部分學生對語法掌握的比較扎實，也有少數同學基礎比較薄弱，不敢開口表達.五年級英語在小學英語教學中起著承上啟下的作用，既是四年級的衍生，又是六年級的鋪墊，包括很多內容如單詞和詞組的記憶，固定搭配，各種時態，語音，名詞單復數，動詞第三人稱單數，閱讀等等。由于學生課后接觸英語的時間很少，太多的內容使一部分的學生對于英語都處于十分迷茫的狀態。 解讀教材

本課是閩教版（三起）五年級上冊Unit 4 A Spring Outing Part B.本課教材內容貼近日常生活，呈現給學生生活中真實的情景——描述正在發生的事情。本課要求學生能聽懂并在真實的情景中運用所學的目標語言描述正在發生的事情，并將一般現在時與現在進行時進行辨析。

通過chant激發學生的學習興趣，集中學生的注意力，將學生引入課堂。 通過展示圖片，讓學生感受藍天白云的好天氣，為引出課題做鋪墊。

本節課我針對小學生的年齡和心理特征以及學生的英語基礎，根據英語教學中的聽說讀寫的能力培
養，創設了多樣的情景進行教學，并運用了chant，自編歌謠，小游戲，豐富的肢體語言等給學生創造輕松愉快的學習氛圍。單詞、詞組和句子的教學都是詞不離句，句不離境，教學環節層層遞進，直觀形象地突出重點，突破難點，并聯系生活實際，讓學生拓展知識的同時也感受我們廣西的三月三節日文化，讓學生做到了學以致用。不足之處就是在學生談到收獲句子時應讓學生說說是哪些句子會更好。
