【教學設想】
本課是外研社小學英語（三年級起點）六年級下冊第五模塊第一單元。本節課主要內容是學會but引導構成的并列句。本節課以大明過生日為背景展開話題，在大明在吹奏嗩時幾次被打斷而引出的but這個轉折因此所構成的并列句。并且貫穿全文。從本教材第一模塊到第五模塊是對現在進行時的學習，由于在四年級學生已經學習了現在進行時，對它有了一定的基礎，為本課學習做好了鋪墊。根據新課標倡導小學英語課堂語言實踐活動就是通過創設與營造真實有意義的情境或語言環境，為學生提供充分的語言實踐機會。本課充分利用課本中提供的情境，學習新知，使學生真實體會語言的意義。同時聯系生活，結合學生的真實經
歷說說自己在平時生活中和大明相似的經歷。 【內容分析】
本單元的語言功能是描述當某人正在做某事時被另一件突然發生的事情打斷。本單元以大明生日為主線展開話題，通過大明在生日聚會上吹奏嗩時幾次被打斷而引出的but這個轉折因此所構成的并列句，通過大明的生日派對使學生能夠在真實的語言環境中感知，從而能靈活掌握but構成的并列句。
在教學中，我通過情境教學，介紹自己的生日，引出今天是我們朋友大明的生日。你們想參加他的生日派對嗎？把孩子們帶入課文的情境中。在新知預設環節，我引導孩子猜測上Daming在生日會上做什么，發散學生的思維，讓學生對故事情節進行初步的預測。進入新知學習時，他們將帶著極大的好奇心去學習新知。
【教學目標】 1.知識目標：
（1）能聽說、認讀和運用：play third time bark loudly （2）能夠通過本模塊任務項目達到對but句型的熟練運用。 2. 技能目標：
（1）能讀懂、理解課文大意并回答出相關問題； （2）能夠運用現在進行時描述正在發生的動作。
（3）能夠熟練掌握but構成的并列句，并能夠在真實的情境中熟練運用。
3. 情感目標：
激發學生學習英語的積極性，培養學生學習的自主性，養成他們樂于交流、樂于合作的品質。讓學生知道當他人正在做某事的時候，請不要輕易打斷他。 4.學習策略目標：
(1)通過帶著問題聽文本，能獲取有效信息，捕捉文本細節。 (2)運用聽說讀寫等多種形式學習but引導的并列句。 (3)夠在真實的情境中進行交際。 【教學重難點】

根據新課標提倡在真實語境中培養學生的綜合運用能力。本節課我設計的亮點是充分挖掘教材中的情境以及結合自身的真實情境，讓學生感受語言，理解語言和運用語言。比如，課堂伊始，我通過Free talk，將學生自然地帶入到新課的故事背景中。課文部分，我也充分結合課文中的插圖，利用課文所提供的情境進行新知教授。展示環節，讓學生通過新知學習，結合自身的經歷，讓學生分享自己的大明類似的事情，達到學以致用的效果。本節課還有一個亮點是教學設計中我注重發散學生的思維。如在進入課文前，我通過調動學生的生活經驗，激發學生的舊知，讓學生預測課文主人公的活動，為新知教授做好鋪設，同時讓學生帶著好奇心學習課文。而在課文處理部分，以Daming的生日為背景，發散學生思維，讓學生猜測Daming在生日派對上會做什么，發散學生的思維，讓學生對故事情節進行初步的預測。采用先易后難的方式，層層遞進引導學生對文本進行進一步的思考與理解。再通過Listen and imitate、Read in pairs、Watch and dub的方式操練課文 。本課利用思維導圖式板書，通過使用圖片、箭頭、關鍵詞等對文本信息進行有效處理，有利于學生復述課文，在導圖的知識建構下學生順利利的完成了本篇知識的梳理，大部分上學生通過導圖能復述整篇課文，使課堂教學達到事半功倍的效果。
通過教學，我也發現一堂課中有遺憾，有不足。新課標提倡以生為本，本節課的教學，學生自主學習方面的引導不足。展示
環節，提供的圖片不夠豐富，限制了學生的想象與表達。孩子愿意分享的愿望很強烈，能上臺分享的機會不多，這樣的遺憾只能讓孩子課后繼續分享。
