通過學習本課，引導學生通過閱讀學習吳一凡的信，正確做出評論，培養學生的社會責任感，樹立主人翁意識。
語用目標
本節課，以教師扮演Housekeeper為主線，帶著學生進入情境，使同學們在學習中用辯證的思想分析問題，體會不同角色的心理并給予自己的建議。本節課注重學生自主的理解與表達，且具有較強的
任務驅動性，同學們可以在課堂上充分交流討論，通過合作交流，充分調動學生學習積極性和主動性，在語境交流中進行語言的大量運用與交際。
教學重難點
1.重點：能讀懂賓館反饋意見并正確尋找關鍵信息
2.難點：能利用關鍵信息嘗試復述意見中主要存在的問題，并嘗試提出解決方法
學生通過理解，改編文本，最后小組合作進行表演。
