重點：掌握表示大小長短的四個單詞及在句型It’s …. It has … .中靈活運用。 難點：（1）掌握the 的準備發音。
（2）掌握描述動物特征時單復數的區分。 課前準備：多媒體課件、動物玩具、單詞卡 教學過程：
Step1 Show the kids some pictures and have a chat. Step2 (1) Let’s go to the zoo . (2) Let’s play: What are they .
Here we have three pictures. Guess what they are. By looking at the pictures, we will learn some new words : small long big ear nose tail.
T: Today we are going to the zoo . Follow me ,please . Here is the zoo .Let’s go into the zoo . (3) 教學big 和small
a. T: Look at the elephant . Wow ! It’s so __big___.
Learn : big --I have big eyes . --Big, big ,big ! Make your eyes big.
b. Describe the elephant: It has (a ) big __ears__. c . T : Look at that elephant . Wow ! It has _small_eyes
Learn : small -- I have small eyes. --Small, small , small ! Make your eyes small.
d. Practice: I have (a )big ____and (a)small _____. (4) 教學long 和 short
a. T: Look at the giraffe Wow! It’s so tall .
It has _a_long_neck_ . Lead to learn : long ,short .
b. Practice : My arms/legs are short /long. c. Learn: Long, long , long ! Make your arms long.

Step3 Listen and try to follow it.

T:Come here ,children.Look at the elephant. S1:Wow .It has a long nose. S2:It has a short tail.
S3:It has small eyes and bid ears.
Step 4 Free talk and a game
T: There are so many animals in the zoo . But I like the rabbit best. T describes the rabbit .

Step6 Emotional education: We will sing a song here. And Animals are our friends, we should love them , and protect them.
