T: Hi, boys and girls. I’m your new teacher. Nice to meet you! S: Nice to meet you, too! 
T: Do you want to know more about me? S: Yes. 
T: Let’s enjoy a chant! 
Cindy!  Cindy!  I’m Cindy!  I like ice cream, cold and creamy! I like ice cream, sweet and yummy! I can make ice cream. Do you like me? 
(結(jié)束的做動(dòng)作，拿出冰淇淋) 
T: I made the ice cream this morning. Do you like ice cream? S: Yes. 
     T: You can have a try!(每組一個(gè)，請(qǐng)學(xué)生品嘗。) 2）品嘗說(shuō)關(guān)鍵詞并引出主題 T: What about the ice cream？

The mixture is a liquid now. But ice cream is a solid. How does the mixture change into ice cream?  S: freezer, fridge…(學(xué)生自由回答) 
T: When we make water very cold, it freezes and changes to ice. So when we make the mixture very cold, it freezes and changes to ice cream. (這個(gè)部分學(xué)生較難理解英文要在課件上給予提示)   
3. Design 
1）How to make ice cream? 
老師對(duì)學(xué)生的方案給予肯定，并提出更好的方案。 
T: I think you have good ideas. But it takes us some hours to make ice cream with a freezer. We want to eat ice cream at once! I can’t wait! So I have an idea. It is Cheap, easy, tasty/yummy and faster. (播放視頻) 
T: Here is how to make ice cream in a bag without even using the freezer! 
2）通過(guò)問(wèn)題幫助學(xué)生明確需要哪些制作材料 
T: So in the video, what things did I use to make ice cream? 
S: …（看圖學(xué)習(xí)單詞或直接問(wèn)答？milk, sugar, salt, ice cubes, plastic bag將圖片貼在黑板上） 3）解決change的問(wèn)題: 
通過(guò)微課或課件幫助學(xué)生了解這種制作方法的科學(xué)原理，比較傳

T: Why they make the mixture change into the ice cream？  （The salt water is cooled by the ice, and the action of the salt on the ice causes it to (partially) melt, absorbing latent heat and bringing the mixture below the freezing point of  water. ） 4) 通過(guò)Task2幫助學(xué)生掌握制作步驟 
T: Please work in groups and finish Task 2 Discuss and order.  (根據(jù)視頻將步驟圖句連線。) 
5）設(shè)計(jì)5個(gè)附加任務(wù)，每組任選一個(gè)，答對(duì)可以領(lǐng)取一份裝飾物

T: There are some questions, each group can choose one to answer, if you are right, you can get sth to decorate your ice cream.  4. Build 
學(xué)生完成任務(wù)2，可以領(lǐng)取材料包，小組合作，制作冰淇淋。 （設(shè)置難度任務(wù)？完成領(lǐng)取冰淇淋裝飾物比如巧克力醬、糖果粒等） （學(xué)生完成任務(wù)后貼上標(biāo)簽，全部完成任務(wù)以后再統(tǒng)一發(fā)放材料） 5. Test 
冰淇淋派對(duì)： 
1） 以小組為單位，推出介紹宣傳口號(hào)。 
2） 小組內(nèi)，小組之間互相分享美味冰淇淋。 
3）  投票選出最佳冰淇淋 在黑板上貼冰淇淋投票，如果遇到同票的情況，將票給現(xiàn)場(chǎng)老師加投。獲勝組可以獲得“項(xiàng)目完成認(rèn)證”證書 ---冰淇淋制作小能手？ 6. Improve
