活動4. 頭腦風暴 在這一環節中,教師先是拿著“邀請函”故弄玄虛地展開一角,把學生的目光聚焦到圖片上來,激發學生的好奇,通過學生“讀圖”解決詞匯Easter Bunny,Easter Eggs;再整體呈現“邀請函”,通過圖文猜測出節日主題Easter;課件順勢呈現Easter Party圖片,此時學生的已有的經驗和新的教學內容在此時對接,因而他們興趣高漲,對Easter Party有了無線的遐想,于是教師伺機引導學生提問題——關于Easter Party的問題,教師將學生的提出的問題稍作梳理寫于黑板。 這一環節中,教師一改那種,老師問,學生作答,學生被動接受知識的狀態,而是放手,作為一名旁觀者,引導者,適時的學習幫助者的角色存在,引導學生觀察、思考、討論、提問,關注學生學習,根據基于學生需求的去教學。 活動5. 我問我答 根據學生的提問,引導學生分段閱讀,逐一解決疑問。 第一部分(when,why,where),因為涉及的問答比較簡單,所以閱讀之后直接回答。 活動6. 快樂Easter 第二部分的閱讀(what部分)涉及許多的動詞詞組roll,look for, meet, eat…是本課的關鍵部分,教師分以下幾個層次來處理: 第一層次,理解。為了讓學生讀懂文本,理解動詞短語,教師先是讓學生初讀文本,劃出動詞短語,再讓學生在“學習任務單”中眾多的短語中挑選出相應地詞組。在這個閱讀后的任務中,貌似只是一個簡單的“閱讀-提取信息-甄別信息”的活動,但實際上,學生在“任務單”中甄別真真假假信息的過程中,不知不覺閱讀了大量的本課之外的動詞短語。這張“任務單”的設計意圖,不僅僅為了這個環節而用,更是為了下一個“看視頻”環節和最后的writing活動做了一個詞匯上的激活,知識上的儲備,重復利用,一舉三得。 第二層次,體驗。文本中所提及roll Easter eggs和look for eggs詞組是本課新知,教師借助“大小聲”和“滾彩蛋”兩個游戲讓學生親身體驗Easter Party的快樂。 第三層次,練習。通過前面啟發、鋪墊、新知的教學,此時,教師將零散的動詞短語(有適當擴充)集合成一篇有內容,有意思,有文化內涵的Easter輔助文本(見左斜體字部分),并配以色彩明快的照片和音樂,整體呈現,原本平面的文字立體化地躍然而出。當學生的學習熱情被極大激發時,教師圍繞著“視頻”大做文章,引導學生猜、看、讀,用多樣的方式操練We’ll…句型。 活動7. 我猜,我猜,我猜猜猜 這是本課的第三部分,難點較多,只做“略”讀處理,主要是通過猜測性的選擇來幫助學生掃清兩個難點by和RSVP的意思。 此處,教師引導學生仔細觀察Robin和老師黑板上的invitation的異同點,啟發學生說出原因,如哪張卡片更加 colorful,beautiful,long,short…(當然如果學生用英語表達比較困難,也可以用中文代替)。通過學生自己的觀察,歸納出英文invitation的特點:簡潔明了,而且通常有WHEN, WHERE, WHY, WHAT,RSVP這些關鍵詞。 隨著學生的歸納總結,教師將黑板上多余的詞句擦去,“疑問句”逐漸提煉成了“疑問詞”,凸顯從繁到簡的過程,加深了印象。 |

活動8. 策劃生日趴 最后讀到寫的過渡,教師并不是按照書上內容,寫一寫既定的內容,而是先讓學生閱讀輔助文本(Robin的一張關于birthday party的便條),引導學生關注文本的內容,或贊同,或否定,鼓勵他們展開想象,大膽提出自己的觀點。最終通過小組合作,策劃個性化的birthday party,并完成birthday invitation邀請卡的撰寫任務,最后通過各個小組口頭表述,展示學習成果。學生投票,選擇最吸引人的生日趴。 本課前期層層跟進的活動,學生原有積累的語言和知識不斷地被激活和被遷移,不斷和新授知識對接和建構,新舊知識不斷浮現循環滾動,真正實現了學生們在課堂上的增量,因此在這一階段,學生能自如運用語言知識去做事,這樣的讀寫活動設計,啟發了學生的思維,激發了他們的表達欲,同時讓讀和寫變得更加有實際意義,達到學以致用的目的,最終完成本課教學目標。 |

作業分兩個層次,一是聽讀課文,這是常規的基礎作業,為的是夯實基礎;二是寫的作業,但是在寫之前,需要先閱讀學校的行事歷,再思考,策劃相應地活動,是屬于實踐性作業,是對本課所學的知識的拓展性的應用。 |
