課后 反思
著名教育家葉瀾說過:“一個教師寫一輩子教案不一定成為名師,如果一個教師寫三年教學反思可能成為名師。”一語道出了教師上課后對自己本節教學進行反思的重要性。在我的教學生涯中,我也一直在實踐反思,反思中我思考了很多,也學會了很多,下面是我對本節課的教學進行的反思。
6月14日,我上了一節校園公開課,內容為:選修九第一單元 Using LanguageⅡ 部分,標題為:Focus on. 本節課有四個教學目標:知識目標在于讓學生了解和熟知四名著名的運動員(Jonas Jacobsson, Michellie Jones, Fu Mingxia, Martin Strel )。 能力目標一在于讓學生通過Skimming and Scanning的閱讀技能理解文章和脈絡和細節。能力目標二在于讓學生可以使用who, when,where 和 what 進行人物介紹。情感目標在于激發和培養學生的運動員精神。通過本節課的學習,以上四個教學基本都已達到。
本節課的教學設計比較清楚明朗,每一個環節都緊密相連,而且逐步推進和深入。教學第一步:通過視頻(奧運宣傳片),導入本節課的主題,視頻扣人心弦,起到了很好的熱身效果,而且在實際教學過程中,學生可以從視頻中猜測到本節課的部分教學話題和感受到堅韌不拔,永不放棄和運動員精神。教學第二步:在正式閱讀過程中,設計了三個環節:Skimming, Scanning 和Careful Reading. 由淺到深,由泛到詳挖掘文中的細節。在完成本部分的練習題中使用小組加分制,課堂氛圍比較活躍,尤其是在Careful Reading 部分,平衡小組之間的競爭體制,更加激發了學生的興趣。教學第三步:設計了兩個環節,第一是頭腦風暴,讓學生們通過本節課的學習,小組討論運動員成功的品質,并且把答案寫到黑板上。這一環節的優點在于調動了學生的積極性,但不足在于學生在黑板上寫的字跡有些不規范,所以在之后的教學中,要加強學生的書寫,這將讓他們終身受益。第二是設計了一個猜人游戲即根據信息,猜測人物。本節課最后的輸出是讓學生根據所學內容,準備一個簡短的演講,介紹運動員林丹,達到語言的綜合應用。
總體而言,本節課基本達到了教學目標,但是在板書設計部分,我今后還需要認真琢磨。板書是一節課教學思路的精華,體現了本節課的教學思路。
