Unit 3   I’m more outgoing than my sister. 
Section A Grammar Focus

一、教學目標 
1.談論學生感興趣的話題，總結(jié)如何對兩者進行比較，能夠綜合運用所學的知識來對兩個事物或人物進行比對。 
2.學生根據(jù)班級的真實情況，通過任務和抽號游戲，培養(yǎng)學生的自信心，發(fā)現(xiàn)生活的美。 二、學情分析 
    通過前面2個課時的學習，學生已經(jīng)掌握了如何描述人物，用適當?shù)男稳菰~描述人物之間的對比，本課時對前面所學知識進行總結(jié)運用，同時達到價值觀的升華。 三、教學重、難點 
1. Teaching important points（教學重點）：       比較級結(jié)構(gòu)的句子描述。 
2. Teaching difficult points（教學難點）： 
能夠綜合運用所學知識來對兩個事物或人物進行對比，注意比較級在使用過程中應該遵循的規(guī)則和特殊用法。 四、教學過程 
活動1. 【導入】城市之聲節(jié)目導入,呼吁發(fā)現(xiàn)生活中的美。 
As a radio host, a stranger named sad and fourteen sent me a message. he is unhappy, because his friends are better than him.    
【設(shè)計亮點】:通過電臺主持人收到匿名微信，發(fā)現(xiàn)本班一個自卑的學生，激發(fā)學生
興趣。 
活動2. 【引入】視頻展示，捕捉信息。 
Show why this student is not confident (compare his 4 friends with him) 
【設(shè)計亮點】: 視頻展示教學法是呈現(xiàn)知識最簡單有效的方法之一，學生通過視頻，能夠更直觀的理解比較級句型。 
活動3. 【講授】 探索任務，逐步深入。 
    After watching the VCR ask the students to guess who he is and why he is not confident. Ask students to help him by finishing 3 tasks which are behind 3 boxes. Every time they finished, they can get a word on the box. Finally, they can get a big surprise. 
Task 1: find the differences between his friends and Wang. (Cue word: you) Task 2: find the advantages/beauty of Wang. (Cue word: are) 
Task 3:  find the beauty of “bad” students. (Cue word: beautiful) 
【設(shè)計亮點】:根據(jù)任務探索來復述比較級結(jié)構(gòu)的句子描述①朋友和王同學的差異，②王同學的優(yōu)點，幫助王同學找回自信。③后進生的美（每完成一個任務，得到一個提示詞，連起來就是you are beautiful） 
 

活動4. 【游戲】互猜朋友,合作學習。 
Use a machine to choose a student from Number 1 to 56. If he is a boy, Teacher will show a photo of his classmate. Then he should say his advantage and yes or no. his team members guess who is in the photo by using comparatives in 1 minute (eg: Is he smarter than you?), but the student can’t speak out the name of his friend! The girls follow the rules above. 
【設(shè)計亮點】: 通過抽號游戲,了解學生及好朋友的優(yōu)點,活躍課堂氣氛,再次鞏固比較級的句式,發(fā)現(xiàn)周圍的美。 
活動5. 【講授】寫作實踐,鞏固提高。 
After finishing the 3 tasks, students can get a surprise that is “you are beautiful” in the shape of eye.  Ask students to think of two years ago write about a passage about good changes and how you are different now. 
【設(shè)計亮點】：完成三個任務后，在眼睛的圖案中呈現(xiàn)“你們在我眼中最美”，引起學生的共鳴,比較兩年前和現(xiàn)在自己好的變化,使所有學生都積極參與到寫作中來。  
活動6.【作業(yè)】課后作業(yè)，夯實基礎(chǔ)。 
   Ask the students to write a passage about the similarities and differences between them and their best friends.                      
 
六.個性設(shè)計 
1.電臺主持人的導入，引出“自卑”這一現(xiàn)象”，倡導發(fā)現(xiàn)生活中的美。 2.通過班上一自卑孩子的微信及視頻，相繼引出了三個任務：每完成一個任務得到一個提示詞，最后在眼睛的圖案中呈現(xiàn)“you are beautiful”在比較朋友的美，自卑學生的美，后進生的美中鞏固比較級，既幫助了自卑的孩子,又為每個孩子樹立了自信心。 
3.抽號游戲環(huán)節(jié)的導入，充分調(diào)動了學生的積極性，使學生在比較自己和兩年前的改變寫作中思維更加活躍。 七.教學反思 
一節(jié)課下來，大部分學生都能積極參與到課堂教學中來，并積極的參加游戲活動，課堂氣氛比較活躍，調(diào)動了大部分學生的積極性。但是很明顯，語言表達能力強的學生參與的機會相對較多，上臺展示的機會的也多；而有一些學生卻習慣于當聽眾，被動的接受別人的觀念，很少發(fā)表自己的意見。因此作為教師，在新課標的教材運用上，要注意合理整合資源，環(huán)環(huán)相扣，層層鋪墊，真正的調(diào)動學生的積極性，激發(fā)學生的寫作興趣。
