學生掌握英語的程度不一,另外,學生在情感態度,學習策略和文化意識方面還存在諸多需要進一步解決的問題。

1) Key vocabulary, 一般過去時態一般疑問句練習。
2) Talk about recent past events
教學難點:
Talk about recent past events using the simple past tense.

4.1.1教學活動
活動1【講授】【講授】Unit 12 What did you do last weekend Section
Step1. Warming- up and revision(5mins)
Greeting .
Review the conversation on the big screen . (復習上一節所學的對話,對一般過去時態進行復習,練習口語,對本節課熱身。)
Step2: Presentation(10mins)
Show some pictures on the big screen ..(在大屏幕上展示出活動1a的圖片,直接讓學生在頭腦中反映出該圖片顯示的信息,然后用一般過去時態卸載筆記本上,接下來再次看屏幕,找學生看圖片說出該短語達到訓練觀察,寫和說的能力。)
Talk about the activities in the pictures using What did he/ she/ do last weekend? let them answer with the verbs in past tense.(用問答的方式練習目標語言。)
Listen and remember. In 1c, have students listen and try to remember the answers . Write after the recording is finished . This will challenge Ss to memorize the most important details .(通過播放錄音,對學生進行聽力的訓練,讓學生在聽的時候聽關鍵詞并把握文章的整體,對學生進行聽力技巧的訓練和培養)
Step3:practice the dialogues.(15mins)
In 2b , have Ss scan the passage for the answers to each sentence . As they scan have Ss think about key words or phrases .Then answer questions.(閱讀課文,根據所呈現的問題找到關鍵詞,回答問題。培養學生的閱讀技巧。)
In 2c, have Ss practice speaking more quickly and more slowly when storytelling for greater dramatic effect .(再次閱讀文章,找到關鍵句,試著復述整片文章。)
Draw a picture to describe the article.(通過學習,引導學生和老師一起畫出思維導圖,回顧整片文章,在老師的帶領下脫離書本簡要的復述文章大意。訓練學生總結概括和說的能力。)
Step4: Practice(10mins)
Do some exercises on the big screen . (設計一些習題,鞏固所學的句式和語法。)
Step5: Summary and homework(5mins)
Use your words to describe Lisa ’s special weekend.(對整節課進行總結回顧并設置課后的作業。即用第三人稱來轉述整片文章,即達到了鞏固所學知識的目的,又對學生的寫作能力進行了訓練。)
