一.學情
學生已經初步學完unit10的第一課時,對各國的見面問候禮儀有了初步了解。本節課將會在復習問候禮儀的基礎上進一步拓展,學習中外的餐桌禮儀。 二.教學目標
Knowledge aim : Make students understand different greeting ways and table manners.
Ability aim : Make students use the functional sentences “You are supposed
to …/ You should ….” to give advice.
Emotional aim : Make students respect different customs and spread the
popularity of Chinese table manners .
三.教學方法
任務教學法,情景教學法。通過解決問題來內化功能句型,提升跨文化交際能力。 四.教學過程
本節課分為五個部分。
1. 第一部分是導入,由世界地圖引入,聽歌曲或看圖片猜國家。此環節吸
引學生注意力,帶領學生迅速進入課堂主題。
2. 第二部分設置情景,提出第一個問題。學生們在觀看了中國人和巴西人見
面的情景視頻后,回答問題,人們應該在巴西見面時怎么辦。接下來通過閃圖回顧美國、法國、南非、日本等國家的見面問候禮儀。

3. 第三部分繼續觀看視頻,設置在巴西人家吃晚餐的情景,提出第二個問題。
老師通過判斷對錯的形式來介紹巴西的餐桌禮儀。接下來由學生展現自己的課外作業。分三個小組,美國、法國和日本,由每小組的組長上臺做PPT展示。
1. He is supposed to use forks with the left hand and knives with the right hand.
2. He is not supposed to talk with full mouth.
3. He is supposed to clean the face with the napkin(餐巾). 4. He is supposed to eat food from others’plates(盤子). 5. He should not leave(留下) some food on the plate.
4. 第四部分觀看另外一個視頻,外教Benny不懂中國的餐桌禮儀,希望同學們提出建議。由此通過配樂圖片展示引出中國的餐桌禮儀,然后學生根據老師給出的提示消化知識,最后完成短文填空。學生小組合作分工,解決外教的問題,并且上臺展示合作成果。

五.教學反思

本節課被定位于話題活動課,通過設置情景來引導學生解決現實問題,拓展學生視野,提高跨文化交際能力,加強學生的文化素養。本節課存在的不足:篇章性的輸入要再多一些;多給一些口語表達的機會給中下層學生;學生內化知識和思考討論的時間再需要延長一些。
