一、教材分析
本單元以“急救”為中心話題。本節課是把此單元的兩個reading結合起來進行復習,旨在通過教學,使學生了解相關的急救知識,并能用所學的有關first aid的知識,根據不同情況提出急救措施。同時通過教學激發學生進一步學習急救知識的興趣和樹立安全意識,意義重大。 二、學情分析
所執教的班級學生已經是高二的學生,他們有了一定的英語基礎。該班學生的主要特點是能講敢講,課堂氣氛活躍。本單元的教學內容與生活實際相結合,學生比較熟悉這個主題內容,也能引起他們的表達欲望和學習興趣。 三、教學目標 (含重、難點)
1. 語言目標:學習掌握教學內容中的重點字、詞、句; 2. 能力目標:閱讀速度和技巧的訓練;
3. 情感目標:教育學生幫助他人于危急時的良好情操;通過討論等小組活動培養小組合作精神;通過課堂教學活動激發學生英語學習興趣。 教學重點:幫助學生使用不同的閱讀技巧完成閱讀目標
教學難點:1. 學生閱讀能力的培養,運用文中信息解決問題的能力; 2. 掌握急救知識和根據不同情況提出急救措施; 3. 能學會急救知識和相關急救措施的英語表達。 四、教學過程 Step1. Leading-in 1. (1) Greetings

活動目的:激活學生已有的信息儲備,逐漸引導學生進入本單元主題。 2. Brainstorming: What situation can you think of that needs first aid? Step2. Brainstorming & Show time
What words can you think of when you talk about accidents and first aid? Work in groups to discuss what kind of first aid you should give in the following situations and then act them out.
活動目的:激發學生學習興趣,明確閱讀目的并對課文的重點進行歸納。 Step3 Revision of the first reading

活動目的:主要是讓學生再次對本課的知識重難點和語法重點進行鞏固練習和提高。

六、教學反思 Teaching reflection
這堂課我感覺整個過程達到了我預先所想。總體上來說整堂課氛圍比較輕松,學生在自主、合作、探究的氣氛中愉快度過。同時,在老師循序漸進地引導下,學生有所談,有所想,有所思,有所悟。作為教師,40分鐘內順利完成教學任務,涉及容量較大,又促進了學生的情感教育,我感到很有收獲,但同時也有所思。
本課最大的特點是由六名學生代表講述六個版塊,分別完成規定的任務,學生真正成為了課堂的主角,教師只是他們的引導者和助手。課后作業的布置延伸了課內所學。總體來講,教學的各個環節都得到了很好落實。
首先,良好的導入很重要。作為老師的我們一定要在一堂課的前3---5分鐘之內,因勢利導,循序漸進,充分調動學生的感官、緊緊抓住學生的心理和興趣,使課堂教學更具趣味性和藝術性。總體來說,這節課的導入是比較順利的。本課圍繞First Aid展開教學,利用課文圖片導入使學生充分理解急救的重要意義,突出了安全意識和救護知識的重要性和實用性。
學生的興趣和參與積極性油然而生。這不由得讓我想起一句話“教有趣,必樂學”。
其次,教學內容是根據我班學生的實際情況設計的,難度適中,滿足了不同類型和不同層次學生的要求。不論是總體把握,還是細節理解,都充分考慮學生

是否能夠完成。有對文章的整體復述,有對文章細節的描述,有對重要短語的提煉,也有對定語從句的分析,更有對難點句式的練習。事實證明,所設置的六個版塊的內容,大多數學生都能順利完成。與此同時,也充分鍛煉了學生們的主持能力和口語表達能力,提高了學生的積極性和參與度。
最后,本節課大力倡導新課標下的教學理念:學生主持、小組合作、相互探究的課堂教學模式;教師引領、分層教學、因材施教的課堂教學方法。整個教學過程充分體現了教師主導、學生主體的關系。教學過程較全面考慮了學生所能、學生所想,學生所悟。課前熱身和課后討論中的問題很接近社會實際和學生的年齡段狀況,學生容易接受,有話可說;同時,問題難度的降低也使學生有話敢說。特別是急救知識的表演一方面活躍課堂,另外也使得學生進一步掌握了一些正確的救護知識。同時這節課很好地落實了情感教育目標,即培養學生臨危不亂和助人為樂的精神。
當然,本堂課也還存在一些不足,需要加以改進:由于本堂課任務多,容量大,導致完成任務時間較緊。今后我會更加合理地設置難度和統籌安排時間。
