Reading Comprehension
【教學目標】
1.語言知識目標:
1)學生能夠正確讀寫及運用以下單詞和詞組:
Roll, folk, jazz, musician, pretend, attach, form, paaser-by, instrument, perform, pub, performance, cash, studio, millionaire, addition, rely, humurous, attractive, confident, dream of, be honest with, play jokes on, or so, break up.
2)學生能夠認出并運用 介詞+which/whom 的定語從句 2.語言技能目標:
1)強化略讀、查讀等閱讀微技能,訓練通過尋找關鍵詞,主題句等方式更快速并準確地確定文章的段落大意,理清文章的總體框架與脈絡。
2)繼續運用已經掌握的基本猜詞技巧猜測文章中的部分單詞。 3.情感態度與文化意識目標:
1)了解各種音樂形式,了解The Monkees組合的發展歷程,接觸不同地區的音樂,深化對音樂的認識,提高音樂素養。
2)在小組合作互動中,增強學生的團隊合作精神與分享意識。 3)培養學生自主學習的能力。
【學習目標】
1.深入理解課文,通過找出各段主題句和精讀課文,培養快速閱讀、整體理解的能力。 2.自主學習,合作探究:通過對“門基樂隊”發展歷史的學習,增加對閱讀文章的理解。 3.通過學習文章了解更多的音樂種類和樂隊類型,激發學生對音樂更加濃厚的興趣。
【重點難點】
1.重點:獲取The Monkees 組合發展歷程的信息。快速閱讀找出各段主題句和精讀課文完成表格填空等。
2.難點:通過閱讀更好地發展各種閱讀技巧。將所學的與音樂有關的新詞運用到情景對話中,實現能力的提升。
【教學策略與手段】
1.本課采用 閱讀前—閱讀中—閱讀后 三大板塊構成的閱讀教學模式。
2.培養學生與老師、同學交流信息,交換看法,在小組合作學習和自主探究學習中成長的調控策略。
3.培養學生的認知策略:a. 在學習中借助音樂作品、圖片、表格等非語言信息進行理解或語言表達; b. 對所學內容能主動復習并加以整理和歸納; c. 注意發現語言的規律

Step 1 Pre-reading
1. Show some pictures of some famous bands to the students.And ask them whether they know what bands they are。
3. Ask some students to show the information they find on the internet about the Monkees to us.

[設計說明]仔細閱讀是快速閱讀的延續。全文分成兩大塊,一二兩段說明如何組建自己的樂隊,三四兩段主要介紹The Monkees的組建、分開又重組的過程。圖表能夠比較清晰地展現了這個過程,給學生留下深刻的印象。利用圖表幫助學生回顧樂隊的發展歷程,進一步加深課文內容。最后一個任務是文章內容的適度展開,也是學生毫無顧忌地表達自己觀點的好機會。它不需要標準答案,學生可以自由地與其他同學交換對于The Monkees的看法和想法。
探究主題三 閱讀技能之Post reading---Group work 【預設處理方式:小組合作共贏 能力提升】
Now, it’s time for you to form your own band (four to six students a group).
[設計說明]。大多數的高中生都非常喜愛音樂,而且他們正處于人生觀、世界觀形成的時期,好音樂與好書籍一樣,可以幫助高中生培育與發掘人性中的真善美。設計了這個問題的討論并組建自己團隊的樂隊,即可以引導學生思考,也可以培養學生的團隊合作

(guitar, drum, piano, violin, saxophone…) 5. Where to play? 6. How to make the band famous? 精神。學生們通過小組合作,不僅展示他們根據所學詞匯來表達自己的想法,增強了語言輸出能力,還展現出各自樂隊自己的歌曲,發揚風格鼓舞了團隊的氣勢,實現了情感態度價值觀這一教學目標。
【鞏固案】
