教材分析:

本節課,一條主線,三個環節。本節課貫穿的主線是“未解之謎”。首先,通過觀看視頻,學生會了解這個介紹世界未解之謎的節目Discovery,接著設計了一個比賽活動,激起學生參與課堂活動的興趣。本節課的環節主要分為三個環節,每一個環節在設置了相應的學習活動。Step one-Talk about the mysterious thing 趣味猜測,引人入勝。Step two- Walk into the mysterious place預測文章,泛讀精讀,環環相扣。Step three -- Know about the mysterious world 給學生充分展示自我的舞臺,同時培養了學生的探索精神。

Teaching aims:

Teaching procedures:
Step One -- Talk about the mysterious thing ★Activity1 Guess what it might be.
★Activity2 Guess what might happen after that.
Ask the students to guess the things by using must/ might/ could/ can’t [Explanation] 緊扣本單元話題“Mysteries”,及功能“Make inferences”復習情態動詞must/ might/ could/ can’t 的用法。
