1.Show the Ss "Learning aims" ---To make the Ss know what they'll learn.
2. Show the Ss an emotional test---
---1)To raise the Ss' interests in colours ---2)To get ready for the new lesson. StepⅡ New words and expressions
Show the Ss some black-and-white pictures and ask them to paint the picture. ---1）To teach some new words and expressions.
---2）To give the Ss a general idea about the new lessons. StepⅢ Presentation--different reading skills
1. Predicting(預測）--read the title or headings ,guess the main idea.
Task--Read the title of the article and the headings of each part quickly, predict:
1).What is the article about?2).How many kinds of colours are talked about ?What are they? 2.Skimming(略讀)—read quickly to get the key information. Task--Read each part quickly, find out :
1).How many colours are mentioned(提及) in all?2) What are they?
3.Scanning（掃讀）--move eyes quickly to look for specific (特定的）information. Guessing（猜讀)—guess the meaning by its formation(形式，結構）or from the context（上下文）.
